Period Properties: How We Handle Them

Every unit is fixed and levelled independently of the wall. The gap between the back of the unit and the irregular wall surface is scribed and filled. The result reads as a kitchen built for the room.
Canton and Roath
Access planning is part of the survey visit. We confirm what can be brought in fully assembled and what needs to be disassembled. Narrow hallways and steep staircases are not obstacles once planned for correctly.
Cyncoed Detacheds
Larger kitchens with complex layouts, island units, and multiple appliance connections. We position each element precisely and coordinate the electrical and plumbing work across the installation sequence.
Heath and Whitchurch
More regular construction, but kitchens are often original or near-original. The space often allows for a more generous layout and integrated appliance configuration than period terrace kitchens.
